CubiC adopts an **ecosystem-focused allocation model**, prioritizing long-term growth and active participation:

* **95% – Ecosystem Incentives**\
  Allocated for trading rewards, AI strategy participation, liquidity contributions, and gradual ecosystem release
* **3% – Node Rewards**\
  Reserved for node incentives to support market expansion and liquidity amplification
* **2% – Institutional Allocation**\
  Allocated for strategic partners and long-term development, subject to a **12-month lock-up followed by 24-month linear release**

This distribution ensures that the majority of tokens are directed toward **active contributors and ecosystem sustainability**.
